
Why hello there friends! Happy Friday! I am headed to Good Friday service with my parents and then hitting the road to Austin for the weekend to be with Josh’s family. Can’t wait to see them all!
Y’all know I’ve been keeping up with my monthly #AMSgetsActive series but I am ALWAYS asked about my workouts. I do Orangetheory and that’s what has worked for me. I thought it would be fun though to team up with a local trainer and have him show me a good upper body workout for my own use at the gym but also for y’all who may be looking for one.

Easy Upper Body Workout for Women:

Dumbbell Military Press 3 reps of 10, 10, and 8

Straight Bar Curls- 3 sets of 10


Straight Bar Cable Pushdown- 3 sets of 12

Cable Face Pulls- 3 sets of 12, 10, 10

Seated Cable Row- 3 sets of 12, 10, and 10

Dumbbell incline Press- 3 sets of 10, 10, and 8
