When I wake up in the morning, I put on my workout clothes and do nothing to my skin. After I workout, I take a shower and then apply a couple of products for the day. I really try to keep it simple and not too much. The main goal is to get all of the sweat off of my face.

As y’all know, I am struggling with adult acne so I’ve really gone back to basic skincare such as CeraVe products. Here’s what I do in the AM for skincare:

  • Face Wash: I’ve been using this face wash day and night to get back to some basics for my skin. I feel like this does a great job of cleansing, especially on a sweaty face.
  • Vitamin C on Cheeks: I love this Vitamin C directly on my cheek area to help with acne scarring.
  • SPF: This moisturizer is oil-free and has an SPF of 30. Very lightweight and doesn’t irritate my skin.

That’s it! I also ice roll my face in the morning to help with redness and inflammation. Super easy morning skincare routine 🙂
