A few months ago I decided to FINALLY stop buying and contributing to makeup/beauty brands that test on animals. If you follow my page, you know how huge of an animal lover I am. It only felt right to make this change and stick to it. I’ve worked over the last few months to clean out my beauty cabinet and narrow down to only cruelty free brands and products. It’s been refreshing and it makes me feel good a mascara I’m using didn’t hurt a bunny or animal in the process.
I thought today I could do a round up of some of my favorite cruelty free products I own and brands that are 100% CF. Although, I’ve done my own research I highly recommend doing your own as well. Check out Cruelty Free Kitty, PETA, and Cruelty Free International. To be 100% officially Cruelty Free, they have to not only not test on animals in the US but also not sell or make their products with third parties. If products are sold in China, they are not officially cruelty free as China has their own animal testing laws. Like Charlotte Tilbury for example, (love their products so much and it was sad to ditch), but they’re cruelty-free but they sell in China who has their own laws so they’re not OFFICIALLY Cruelty Free. Lots of brands are like this so look out for that as well! I’m still learning by the way… and may not be 100% correct on all of this.
Lastly, NO judgement here if you use or buy animal tested products. I just want to use my page to encourage maybe ditching the L’oreal lipsticks for a cruelty free option, and so on.

I love A LOT of makeup… but here’s a few favorites as of lately I wanted to share.
- Foundation Favorite: A lightweight yet medium to full coverage foundation that looks incredible on the skin.
- Non sticky gloss: I’m back to loving these glosses! Great color payoff and non sticky
- Primer: For anyone who deals with their makeup “sliding” off their face… this ones for you!
- Cream Blush: The prettiest cream blush that’s not too overwhelming
- Contour Palette: Easy to travel with & gives you a pretty bronzed look with the cream + powder option
- Mascara: An oldie but goodie
- Lash primer: A holy grail makeup product for me now
- Everyday Eye Palette: Love the mini version! I like the shades for everyday use
