Quick Holiday Hairstyles

Quick Holiday Hairstyles | Christmas Hairstyles | Audrey Madison Stowe a fashion and lifestyle bloggerHappy hump day! Did y’all catch Monday’s gift guide? I’ve been feeling all things beauty related this season. I shared a holiday makeup tutorial here the other week and over the weekend I was trying out different holiday hairstyles and decided to share 4 easy ones here with y’all. To be honest, I’m not a cool hairstyle girl. I can curl mine a hundred different ways, throw it up in a bun or ponytail or simple braid, but that’s it. I struggle during the holiday’s when I want something new and fun and these 4 quick holiday hairstyles are my favorite to do.

HAIR TUTORIAL:

1. Hair Tucked into Headband

You’ll see in the video but this one is SUPER easy. You just find a pretty headband, I get a lot of mine from Ulta, and tuck your hair into it basically. It creates this fancy up-do look that took you 0 time haha. I love to mess with it until it’s how I want and also curl the front few pieces.

2. Big top knot with Ribbon

I share in the video how I do my bun and then all you do is take some ribbon around it. I didn’t have enough ribbon/thick enough ribbon so I doubled it with some red tulle. It looks so extra and fun in your hair. You could do this hairstyle with a more relaxed outfit for a full complete holiday look.

3. Braided half up half down

For this, you need some bobby pins, a butterfly clip, a teasing comb, and some hairspray. I tease the heck out of my hair, very messily, and then pull half of it back into this teased bump. I take a good portion of my bangs and braid each side and bobby pin back into the pulled up hair. I love how cute this looks and it’s nice to get those front hairs out of your face.

4. Extra curly curls

Like I said above, I’m pretty good at curling my hair but that’s about it haha. For this curled hairstyle, you separate it into two portions, front top of hair and bottom half of hair. Curling top and bottom layers separately creates these beautiful voluminous, BIG curls. I then go around my hair curling one curl away from my face and the other towards my face, and repeat. The curls don’t combine throughout the day since they’re separate ways and when you do it with a tapered curling wand, you get these tiny, extra curly curls as well.

Those are my four easy hairstyles! Which one will you be rocking over the holidays!? Thanks for reading!! xx
