How was your long weekend!? Josh and I relaxed, hung with my family, and said bye to my brother as he heads back to Connecticut. I actually have a SUPER short work week as I’m heading to New York for fashion week this Thursday haha.
Today I wanted to share a look into my 5 min bathroom routine. You may be wondering like “what is this?” and this is my little 5 min routine of the things I do in the morning (or afternoon) to freshen up in 5 mins.
5 Min Bathroom Routine
Brush my teeth: I CANNOT start freshening up without brushing my teeth first. I’ve been on the hunt for a battery powered tooth brush that I can efficiently use in the morning and also bring with me on a few trips this fall. I came across GLEEM and had to try for so many reasons. Here’s a few of the perks of this easy brush:
- Only $25
- Battery-operated (AAA battery)
- Self-timer- pulses every 30 seconds when you should move to next area
- Gentle vibrations so it’s really great for sensitive smiles like mine
- Comes with travel case
This sleek and sophisticated brush is fabulous! You can find GLEEM online now and in your local Walmart store or on Walmart.com later this month.

Moisturizer: I have dry skin so applying a light moisturizer in the morning is an absolute MUST for me. This has been my favorite daytime moisturizer since January.
Powder foundation & Mascara: Like I said, if it’s my 5 min routine…. I apply a little powder foundation to help with any discoloration and then a light application of mascara. Does the trick!

Quick fragrance spray: Of course I can’t go on with my day without adding a little spritz of perfume to myself and also reapplying deodorant.
Throw hair up: For a 5 min routine, I like to brush through my hair and throw it up into a low-ish pony tail or a high bun.
