- Collagen Bone Broth– I buy a chicken and herb flavor through Isagenix. I am in love with it! It tastes delicious and I love the ingredients. Of course, you can buy off of amazon as well.
- Collagen Peptides– Filled with amino acids and protein, I add a scoop to my coffee and a scoop to my water. This one doesn’t have any taste!!
- Collagen Water- A delicious drink to grab on the go with a hint of flavor to increase your H2O and get that collagen in.

The Results I’ve Seen:
I’ve seen quite a few results, the main being that my hair and nails are growing faster and stronger than ever. I also struggle with my gut/stomach and I do think the collagen helps aid in that. Lastly, I have “popped” my knuckles since I was 12 years old. Around 3 years ago I started having awful joint pain in my hands, ever since adding collagen to my routine, those joints in my hands have become MUCH better and I don’t notice as much soreness/ pain.
