Halfway through the week! Wahoo!! Today I’m sharing my wellness routine / things I do on a weekly and daily basis that contribute to my health.

I’m consistently adding to my wellness routine and taking away. These are things I do for my mental health/body that is not fitness-based. I think it’s important to always be researching, talking to your doctor, and testing new things for your body.
Devotionals:
My morning quiet time is something I’ve always loved. I try to do it every single morning. I have three devotionals I take time to do. Jesus Calling for everyday, a marriage devotional, and a prayer journal where I write down my prayers. This starts my day off on a positive note.
CBD:
I’ve used CBD for about two years. I usually use a couple droppers throughout the day and especially when I’m stressed with work or can’t sleep. (code for 15% off: audreystowe)
Cleanse Days:
I shared via IG stories how I do a cleanse day about twice a month. These are great to detox your body, start fresh, and just feel really good. Love these after a weekend of traveling or heavy eating and drinking.

Liquid Collagen:
I’ve been raving about liquid collagen lately. It’s expensive but it really works. I take 1 tbs of liquid collagen and then liquid TRIM which helps with cellulite and to inhibit fat storage.
Supplements:
I’m not the best vitamin or supplement taker as I usually stop or forget after a week. Right now, I’m taking a daily probiotic for my gut and these balance pills for my hormones/acne. I’ve been pretty consistent so far!
Lastly, I try to drink A TON of water throughout the day. As well as, drink collagen bone broth. Both are really great for hydration and for the skin.

Like I mentioned above, this routine changes every few months and I am always trying new, healthy things!
