Happy hump day, gals! Excited to be starting a wellness wednesday series with y’all. All things health and wellness have really peaked my interested over the last 6 months. So today, I wanted to kick of this weekly series with my daily healthy drinks I have. These are the drinks I have throughout my days to help with bloating, hydration, and energy. Enjoy!
First things first, I do a juice almost every day. Sometimes I’ll do celery juice because it’s great to detox with and awesome for gut health. I’ve also been loving making my own juice shots! I pour them into little shot glasses and store in the fridge for a week. Here’s what you need:
- Chunk of Turmeric root
- Chunk of Ginger root
- 2 lemons peeled
- 2 oranges peeled
- dash of cayenne pepper
- dash of black pepper
- dash of oil (helps with turmeric absorption)
Juice it all and then add in the seasonings/oil and stir. Pour into containers for the week! This is the juicer I have.
Right after juice, I do coffee! I LIVE for my Nespresso. Y’all already know this haha. I make a latte with brown sugar and oat milk every single day. I usually have 2 of these.
In the afternoon, I grab one of these or sometimes BOTH. I opt for an iced matcha latte for that caffeine and then I love me some Liquid I.V. for extra hydration and it also tastes fruity and delicious.

Last drink of the day, my bedtime tea! I drink a lot of teas…. it helps curb the sweet tooth and also helps me sleep. I always do a decaf tea of some sort with chamomile usually. I’ve been loving dandelion root tea lately because it’s great to de-stress and helps with bloating / inflammation.
