
It’s been a long time since I’ve shared what I eat in a day. I wanted to round up a few photos and meal ideas that I eat weekly. I share a bunch of my meals to my stories and a highlight called ‘healthy 2’ and ‘food’ if you want to see more.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is very much the same or at least a few things on rotate. Yogurt and berries, toast, and overnight oats!
- Overnight oats with chia seeds, fruit, and yogurt
- Loaded Yogurt Bowl
- Sourdough toast with butter



Lunch:
Lunch does change but it’s always based around my sourdough toast haha. So I may do avocado toast, pizza toast, a sandwich, etc.
- Avocado toast on sourdough
- Turkey sandwich
- Buffalo chicken wrap



Dinner:
Dinner is different every single night but these are a few things we eat on rotation.
- Tex mex chicken dish
- Chicken with salad
- Ground turkey bowls
- Salmon with veggies and potatoes




Dessert:
- Tea and fruit
- Dark chocolate
- Sweet Loren’s cookies
- Apple Nachos
