College life is fun but exhausting. Just like a full time job or being a mom, college is ridiculously time consuming and stressful. All good though because I’ll have my degree SUPER soon 🙂 I’m always searching for ways to stay energized and get motivated and I know all lot of y’all live busy lives so I wanted to share a few things I learned on how to stay energized and motivated.
HOW TO STAY ENERGIZED AND MOTIVATED:
1. Caffeine
I frequently drink coffee but sometimes I prefer a soda. I’ve LOVED the new flavors Diet Coke® just came out with. These now have a sleek new look, adventurous new flavors and a “because I can” attitude that’s as original as you are. Naturally flavored Feisty Cherry, Twisted Mango, Ginger Lime, and Zesty Blood Orange are at your local Texas retailer now! I personally LOVE the Diet Coke® Ginger Lime flavor the most. It tastes like ginger beer haha! Here are a little more detail on the flavors:

2. Morning Workout
I never thought I would ever like this but my days go so much better and are so much more energized when I workout early in the morning. I usually go to the gym at 7:15am and my day just FLYS by right after. When I choose to sleep in I always feel better in the morning but I crash by 3pm. Try going to workout in the morning, give it a week, and see how much your energy changes!!
3. Planning Out Deadlines and Creating Lists on Everything Needed To Get Done
For some reason, this gets me motivated. When I get stressed or feel un energized, I just get out all my syllabus’, planners, emails, everything and create one big list of everything that needs to get done. It’s usually HUGE so I freak out and get immediately motivated to start on each thing. Sometimes putting it all into perspective helps your mind kick into work mode.
