Happy Monday! Hope your day is off to an amazing start. I’ve been working out about 5 times a week at home. It’s definitely a challenge to find the motivation but it’s been keeping me sane. I share via stories my workouts ( I have a highlight on my page with previous workouts/links too) but wanted to share some of my favorite Youtube workouts (free options!) today with y’all.
Youtube Workouts I Love
I watch A TON of youtube workouts and am always changing it up. These are some of my top favorites though!
Chloe is one of my favorite workout accounts. She has amazing full body workouts and ab workouts. She has them all over her channel ranging from 5 min abs to a 45-min full body HIIT workout. I also really like how her videos have the timer and countdown. The production of her videos are the best I’ve found on Youtube!
Bailey has the best 5 min everything. She also has the best pilates-based workouts that I’ve found on Youtube for days I’m feeling more of a toning workout. I actually got a month membership at her bbfit.co platform and it’s AMAZING. Longer workouts (30-45 min) and pilates-based as well. It’s amazing!
The best EVERYTHING fitness channel. Popsugar fitness has all sorts of workouts ranging from intense HIIT, to barre, yoga, tabata, etc. I can find SOMETHING on this channel always. I really enjoy how they always have three people in the videos and one does the workout modified (for pregnant women, or injured people), one does it normally, and one does it a little more intense for those kicking it up a notch.
This channel has amazing ab workouts and 10-20 min workouts you’ll love. She also has fun choreographed dance workouts that I tried once but it was not for me haha.
Pamela is a German-based fitness youtuber and another one with awesome 10-20 min workouts. I’m usually SWEATING after her workouts too.
